The mission of the Thomas Jefferson Middle School community is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that is conducive to student learning and where students have the opportunity to be successful, self-assured, valuable members of society.

Vision Statement

The vision of Thomas Jefferson Middle School is to create educated, self-reliant, resilient young adults who not only take responsibility for their learning, but possess the skills and knowledge to achieve success in the 21st century. All students regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, disability, socioeconomic status, or religion will be a part of a learning community that embraces individuality and empowers students to learn.
